Cannot access leaderboard stats screen

I’m having trouble accessing the Candy Crush leaderboard that has level/weekly summaries of friends statistics.

My friend could access it via clicking on the Facebook profiles on the board, I cannot. Now he can access it on the portrait of himself on the upper left hand corner of the screen (from a new update), I cannot.

We are both iPhone users. I am running iOS 11. I have the latest update according to the App Store. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling. I also have logged in and out of Facebook multiple times. Nothing I do will bring the leaderboard up within my app. How can I fix this? I feel very left out!

Thank you for posting this here on King Care.

Not always all challenges and offers will be available for all our players in all our games.

This can occur since most challenges, offers and new elements or extras are made available to only a small part of the players, randomly chosen, for testing purposes and to better analyze the impact.

The opposite can also happen and some challenges, offers or features might get deactivated after some time.

I understand this might not be appreciated by all our players, but I guarantee this is the best way for us to improve our games, challenges, offers and gaming elements in the future.
