Hi, I was on level 408 in candy crush saga and lost progress. Please help

hi team, I lost all my progress on candy crush saga . Was on level 408(on iPad) and now went down to 1 while trying to connect to FB. Don't have any email I'd linked to it too. Please help me :( . Thanks in advance
