I opened the candy crush app today, completed a level and then the app froze and chucked me out, when I went back in to the app it completely took me back to the beginning. Tried logging in but it wouldn’t recognise my email address so then I logged in via Facebook and although this didn’t take me back to the beginning it took me to level 117 which was well below what I was currently working at and I have lost all my gold bars and saved power ups. How can I get my progress back along with all my saved gold bars and power ups?
