How do you clear a spinner when it's encased in red and black fences?
Does the Fence you are asking about look like what you can see in the Article below?
Items locked behind a Liquorice Fence can only be hit with a CB+CB, or a Frog as the effects of special candy are blocked by this Fence
By spinner I guess you are referring to a Magic Mixer. Do you need to destroy it to complete the level?
You could try a Color Bomb + Color Bomb combo to clear the entire screen!
@Alienscar Yes that is the fence, however it encases just the mixer in a square made with the red & black fence.

When this happens, it's meant to be a blocker you can't remove. Often it's because it creates other blockers you need to clear the level, and to make the level challenging.
