I've passed level 1760 on Candy Crush more than 20 times on the last month

Id been stop on the level 1760 one month. Each time I passed this level I receive the message of level acomplished with the star but when i closed the windows the level is steel not passed. I dont know what to do i really need your healp cause i becoming mad. (Sorry my english, im a spanish speaker)
