Tried to purchase 60 gold bars in piggy bank

Question as above tried to purchase piggy bank for £2.99 clicked to purchase.

The bars have disappeared and cannot see what has happened. I tried to check my itunes account, there does not appear to be any charge but the offer has now disappeared. Can you help please?
