Easy level but wouldn’t let me pass

I was on level 369 and it was an easy level, I had a win streak of over 260 games, however it would not give me the last cherry I needed to pass, I used the videos to get more lives, I used boosters to help try and get a cherry to come out, so my last resort was use all my gold bars to get more lives and boosters yet it still wouldn’t give me, I’ve now lost my streak and all my boosters on trying to pass this EASY level and nothing worked to bring a cherry from the top! yet when I finally give up the very next time I tried I passed it so easy and so fast why did it do this? For me to lose my streak and the boosters that come with?

Hi like I said I’d passed the level the very next time! Because it gave me the cherry’s I needed to pass, but why I was playing on my first go it wouldn’t give me that last cherry I needed no matter how many times I used boosters with as many as extra moves I had it would not give me the cherry!!
