candy crush bars show up as paid, but do not show up in my game to complete the hard levels. 3 X's!

I have gotten stuck on Candy Crush 3 times in the past week or so and purchased 15 gold bars to continue playing. The payments for them have always shown up in my newsfeed and in my email, however the levels freeze up upon trying to purchase the bars, the game has to be rebooted....I lose my bars I paid for AND I lose the level I could have beaten. And what happened to the small 10 bar package for .99???

There are a few steps we can try which generally resolve all technical issues.

With this in mind I recommend that you first of all try playing in another browser (E.g if you are using Internet Explorer for example, then try with Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox or Opera).

If the browser is not up to date then simply click on the Update button to install the latest version.

You can also double-check on this page https://html5test.com if your browser will able to play the game. Your browser should score at least 450 points, if it doesn’t then please look at the list above and download a different browser. Google Chrome is usually the most up to date and well maintained.

I'd also recommend closing all extra tabs and other programs whilst you play as these can often negatively impact the game performance.
