How can I sync my game to my new Android device?

I am currently on level 510 on my iPhone. I recently got a new Android device and tried to sync my data. It gets the rest of the data from my Kingdom account but is putting me at level 20. How can I get the Android to place me at the correct level? I've tried deleting and reinstalling the app.
