Does anyone know why the game tries VERY hard not to show Denize's legs?

We all know Denize is a dragon and she does walk on two legs. But why has the game tried so hard to hide them? It wasn't until this year did we see more glimpses of her completely in special "seasons". The first time was when she competed in the figure skating contest at the Ice Cream Games. The second time was when she dressed up for the Gummy Gala. A third time was when she stood with a guitar to begin the sweet gig in the Sweet Summer's music festival.

But we have yet to see a full image of Denize without wearing or holding anything, and I've recently created a fan art image that imagines what she would truly be like and stacked it against the closest official image of her that shows her completely by herself as well as her typical "partial" appearance while in situ at Lemonade Lake.

So, what gives? What's with Denize's legs rarely being shown? This mystery has remained for a decade, and I feel like answers for this are quite overdue.
