I'm on level 1231 and have filled many gold bar banks, why arent they kept in an account for us?

If we have already earned them buy passing levels why do we have to purchase them again? Your not being fair to your loyal players. And what use is it to collect stars? I understood we could buy our earned gold bars with them but it has never been offered to us. Come on guys, you've got to be making good money and should reward us devoted players with promises already given.
