I've bought items and still can't beat this,,,you should give us a free pass on levels we struggle with for too long,,, whats the trick to this one???

Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
