Why is my spinning wheel missing on Windows 10 Version of Candy Crush Saga?

My daily spinning wheel has been missing for seven months and counting on the PC version of Candy Crush. I've been hoping for a while that it might suddenly re-appear again, but it's been no luck. I've ensured that my operating system and PC app is up-to-date, but I still haven't been able to retrieve the wheel back. It's a little frustrating that I am unable to collect my daily booster and therefore I would really like to get to the bottom of this issue.

Is there anything I can do about this?

Not always all challenges and offers will be available for all our players in all our games.
This can occur since most challenges, offers and new elements or extras are made available to only a small part of the players, randomly chosen, for testing purposes and to better analyze the impact.
The opposite can also happen and some challenges, offers or features might get deactivated after some time.
I understand this might not be appreciated by all our players, but I guarantee this is the best way for us to improve our games, challenges, offers and gaming elements in the future.

That's not an answer. How about telling us if this was done intentionally and if we can expect it back or not? I also play using the Windows 10 app and also have been missing the booster wheel for quite a while. The booster wheel is there in the browser version of the game on all browsers.
