I lost 20 gold bars and gadgets on level 2901 , succeeded (twice) in doing it but crashed before bringing me to level 2902??

Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
