When I try to purchase gold bars/boosters, I get the message "Purchase Unsuccessful"

I've checked my iTunes account and have no problems with my payment information. I've closed and restarted app and phone and every time I try to make a purchase, I get the same "Purchase Unsuccessful" message. I've even removed and added my cc to iTunes. Please help!

Also, I just saved my game on facebook, at a level over 2500, deleted the app and reinstalled and it put me at level 35!!! Please help!

To get gold bar I have been asked in Gold Chocolate Box to pass 13 level with 3 yellow star is not understood. Is it passing that level by any number of hits or passing in single hit. Thanks

cela fait très très longtemps que je suis sur cette partie que je n’arrive pas à passer, vous m’avez déjà donné des vies illimitées, enfin pdt 1 h, mais ça ne m’aide pas du tout, il faudrait pleins de combos pour achever les derniers carreaux qui restent
