error on 7826 in candy crush

I have been on level 7826 for days the cherry on left will fall and get stuck on bottom !!! I have reset , updated ,and cleared everything extremely frustrated please help with this !!!!- I have had 400 gold bars trying to pass this level -now to find out its an error. Please correct this and give me my bars back plus more for the frustration

Hello, I am unable to complete level 7826 because of a bug. The cherry on the left side is supposed to drop and collect before it hits the bottom row. I've seen YouTube videos where this happens correctly. But in my game, the cherry is not collecting. It passes through the green exit arrow and lands at the bottom

Try turning off your device for a few seconds and try to pass the level again. Let me know if it works

I previously turn of my device and now have done it again and the same thing happens when I pass the level- the cherry just goes to the bottom and won't move to the next level

Can someone please help me, i have submitted the screen shot and rebooted my device several times- some is wrong with this game - could you please push me to the next level-as you can clearly see in the screen shot I passed the level

Hi there, it looks like you played the level incorrectly and the cherry ended up in an unwinnable situation... This happens sometimes and requires strategizing
