I have lost my progress in candy crush saga around 1300 level as well as all boosters and gifts

my progress in gone as well as boosters and gifts from friends. Back to the beginning. I had to change my Facebook password and I am not sure if thus made a difference. I tried to login in with my email and it did not recognize my email. Please help.i am playing on my iPad.

Thank you for your post.

I have checked your game account and your game progress is saved and it is still available. You only need to go into the app and reconnect to the relevant Facebook/Kingdom account and your progress will return.

To reconnect with Facebook please make sure first that you are logged in to the right account within the Facebook app/browser. Then on the home screen for Candy Crush. Tap to connect.

To reconnect to Kingdom. Go to the game settings (bottom left) and tap the orange Kingdom icon. Here you can input your credentials.

Hey, I lost my all levels too. It happened because i didnt update the game file. I reached 2010 level and then it started from 1 level again. Please help me to get it back. It is connected to my facebook account. I went to facebook and opened game in browser. I see 1 level there too.. So, the game saved file from facebook account has also gone. I need help. I posted question in "Ask a Question" section but it is not approved yet. Help me to get rid of this problem I have spend lots of time to get that higher level and lost just because of update .
