I have finished the first Episode and am only posting to warn everyone that there are way too many extremely hard levels in this episode. Level 13051 is impossible to beat without a load of boosters It is really becoming a joke the difficulty level of nearly every level.
This post is for my friends at this level and not the Games Studio who take absolutely no notice !!

Finished. Level 13083 is another of those levels deliberately designed to eliminate your candy necklace.
If you eliminate the spawner too early, it is impossible to get the required frosting order. Also if you succeed in doing this, the spawner does not issue enough frosting in the number of moves allocated to the level.
Overall an unfair level designed to drag money out of the player. Another example of the depths the game has sunk to.
As I previously stated, my posts are now aimed at providing assistance and warnings to players. No use providing feedback to the Games Studio as they are not in the least bit interested.

Level 13083 is impossible without using extra moves. I need four more ice cream from this level but the moves run out. But, I didn't destroy a magic mixer. It’s also a double jelly under the magic mixer.You must also destroy the magic mixer before the double jelly. (If you have collected all the ice cream). But, the lucky booster is not available on this level.

Finished my levels Friday night then sorta took a break from the community. If you look back we have always complained and probably always will complain about the levels. I do not intend for the game to beat me. So here we go...
Best Levels:
1st Episode: Level 13049 started CB + Purple, sorta easy but fun, set up CB + Green Fish near end of moves, awesome.
2nd Episode: Level 13060 started CB + Purple Wrap, Hidden UFO, (Like) FUN
3rd Episode: Level 13085 cause it was fun, got involved, not sure what I did, forgot to write notes. Like Fishes! The one for me to play again.
So I guess the game for me is complete levels using the fewest number of boosters possible. Can't always do that cause sometimes ya get mad... well then it is time for a break from the game.
p.s. @Peter_Tornaros' and @Yorben_Goeree' takes on Level 13083 were helpful and I passed it my 1st try without a boatload of boosters and no gold. Be careful to time when you use certain boosters, later on is best for some.
