Please help me restore levels, I lost all levels on Candy Crush Saga and Soda. First we synched to facebook on the old device, then logged in and synched in new device. All levels lost on both old and new device. Please help.

That is very strange. I know that you tried logging in to Facebook but please try to log out and then log back in. But try to clear the history before logging out/in. I should bring you back to your current levels. Since you asked this question a day ago, have you been able to get back to your current levels? If not, please try what I wrote to see if that helps.

My problem is the same as the user "BB8" who described it in post "Lost Progress." I only used Facebook to transfer to a new device I had not been playing through facebook. I updated the game, synched to facebook on the old device, then logged in with the new device, and the levels were gone. Back on the old device, the levels were also gone. Tried to transfer Soda Saga after that and the same thing happened, down to zero. I was over 2100 on CCS and I can't even remember my level on Soda. Would you still advise trying to log out and log back in, and if so which device, the old one or the new one? Thank you for trying to help.

Yikes if you haven't been playing through Facebook then I don't think any of your levels have been saved. Facebook saves any levels that you play when you are logged in. How and where are you playing the game? If you are playing on your tablet how did you get the app? I use Apple products so I can upload the games from the app store but when I start playing it asks if I want to log in to Facebook. Did this never happen when you didn't play on Facebook?

I was playing on my android tablet. I just bought a new one and wanted to transfer. The minute I sign into facebook, all my progress was lost on both tablets. I got the app via the Play Store. This is the first time I've lost my progress.
