Lost progress

Level 2

I have been playing CCS since it was started. Today I logged in using my facebook account and as soon as I did that, I was back at level one.  As soon as I logged, it displayed a message saying my account is being synchronised and I was amazed to find myself at level one.

I had just cleared the last possible level this morning itself. 

Can someone please help? I really loved playing this game. If my progress for the last 6 years is lost then I will delete the app itself as it won't be of any use to me.

    If you have been playing through Facebook your levels are saved!  Clear out your history and then log out of Facebook and log back in.  You should then be back to your current level.  Facebook saves all your levels so they are there!

    I was not playing through facebook earlier. As I was changing my phone, I thought of logging into and saving my progress. 

    As soon as I did that, a pop up came saying synchronisation happening and it just took me to level one. I logged out and logged back in several times, cleared my cache etc but no avail. 

    Hope someone from kigs team looks into my issue.

    I am going to elevate this to the King Super Users and King Admin.  Hopefully they can offer you more help.

    Can you please look into the issue? I have cleared all the released level so far and now I am back to level one. :(

    Hi,

    It has been three days since I posted this problem. I have also contacted Kings Technical team directly through the contact us link below however it seems that no body cares. Wonder why do you have a contact us feature if you don't even acknowledge let alone reply.

    Have you heard from a King Admin yet?  I elevated it and I'll try again.
