Level 12.850 is impossible

What's wrong with this level? Last week it was a tricky and difficult level to pass, but still possible, and now there's no possible way on earth to overcome it. Somehow someone added bars to the blocks but no additional moves were added. I've reached level 12.850 so I'm a skilled player, I bought 35 additional moves and I even didn't reach half of the targets. The worst thing of all is browsing YouTube for videos showing how to pass it and in those videos no bars were around the blocks, like it was last week, so the goal was achieved. So I just don't know what's going on. I'm running an android version of the game, are there different versions depending on the operative system or what???. I hope there's someone at the other end to just have played this level to realize what I'm talking about.
