Candy crush saga

Can someone in the Candy crush staff or community please explain to me why I cannot get ads for extra moves, boosters, or I don't even see the Cinema girl to watch ads to help beat levels. I've been stuck on $3,462 for about a week and a half two weeks so please get someone help me. And for the first time I did purchase something out of the Candy crush store for I believe 3 days so I don't know if that has something to do with it neither please help me I'm about to deactivate this whole thing this is unfair what Candy crush has done to us.

I literally don't get nothing lives ads boosters or extra lives. So I guess I'm one of the ones that don't get anything or is it that some of us at least get one thing or some of us get nothing because at this point I don't know what y'all doing with Candy crush but it sucks and yes all my stuff on my phone and play stores are updated.

Make sure updated your Apps. The video ad feature as all ads and promotional features is still a test feature in the game, which means that some of you can get Lives, while others can get Boosters or other items from this feature.

This also means that the video ads will not always be available and not found in all player's games or on all devices.

So if you at the moment are missing the ads in your game, just stay tuned and keep an eye in the game to see when the ads are back.

Friends not giving lives
I'm always happy to approve friend requests, but now I'm getting an inordinate amount of friends who only ask for lives, never give any. If I don't approve or send them lives, they just sit there forever. Is there any way to delete these people after a certain amount of time?
