Purchase refund

I tried to buy the beginners package on candy crush, but it keeps telling me that due to network problems my purchase won’t load. I am trying to finish a level so I don’t want to exit the game to figure it out. I have made two more purchases trying to get it to work, to no avail. Can you help me to get my purchase to work? I am not having network issues anywhere else but on candy crush. Also, I’d like a refund for two of the purchases I made trying to get it to work, as I’m now up to spending $11 trying to get it to work, just so I could have one lollipop!
