ingame purchases not showing on game but in my paypal statement

i bought in game purchases on 17th december i have never had them although the screen at the time no money had been withdrawn . i now try to purchase and i get ( it looks like you already own this product ) if i go to buy . how do i get a refund or my ingame purchases
