I am stuck on level 12811 for almost a week now. 20 moves is not enough and since my 401 gold bars disappeared when the format was changed, I can't buy more moves, nor do I have any boosters left. This is ridiculous! Please add more moves and I would also like my gold bars back. Your email to me after they disappeared shows that I should have them but although I've asked many times, no one will respond.

Na 10 jaar Candy Crush spelen is de lol er nu af. Steeds vaker en meer levels met maar 20 zetten en extra suikerwater en geblokkeerde snoepjes. Bv. Level 12796 en 12799 die onmogelijk zijn zonder extra goudstaven waardoor je 35 extra zetten krijgt. In de filmpjes zie ik 32 zetten en snoep niet geblokkeerd. 12796 toch gehaald door eenmalig extra goudstaven te kopen. Ik weiger dit te doen voor de volgende levels. King B please pas de levels aan naar genoeg zetten en minder blokkades. Anders ga ik het na 10 jaar echt opgeven….

Agreed!! This level is ridiculous! After being stuck for days, I Had to buy bars to get 35 extra moves AND STILL had to use numerous boosters including 3 UFOs and a party booster. Getting so frustrated with how nearly every board is impossible unless I use a combination of boosters and gold bars to pass. Making me want to hang up playing all together.

12796 another impossible level with 20 moves and when you look on YouTube it previously had more moves. I actually don’t care about playing any more because I had previously purchased gold bars every so often when a level was particularly difficult, now it seems that it’s every 3rd level is beyond impossible and it’s designed to make to make you require purchases. Such a scam. Im out.

What I do not understand is why asking our opinion if they do not care. So many players complain about impossible levels and after months and months nothing happens. We need to accept that no PAY no gain. I have spent plenty of $$ and game is not fun anymore, looking for something with honest developers. I would say sudoku. I quit after 9 years, and I am not alone. I am checking once in a while if anything has been fixed, but no luck.
