As you can see from the link above, Milestone Banners will automatically update on your avatar as per your progress so you don't need to change any settings. However there is some error in this automatic system so the milestone banner is not updating currently but the matter is under the notice of our CM and the issue is being investigated.
We hope the issue will be resolved soon and the correct Milestone banner will be updated on your avatar.
