My phone vibrates when I'm playing.I have checked my settings and vibration is turned off but it keeps doing it. I'm afraid that it will cause damage to my phone so I won't play on it
What settings are you referring to - in-game or phone?
What is your phone model? What about its operating system?
I wouldn't advise anyone to re-install their game but I assume you have no boosters on your phone. That's why I'm going to ask if you've tried re-installing the game.

This is a new feature that is currently being tested, and we can assure you it won't damage your device!
You should be able to turn this off if you go to Settings and select the icon with a mobile on it:

Have you gone into the settings on your device and look for the Candy Crush app in there to make sure everything is disabled? Cheers

Unable to purchase
