On all the videos of this level there seems to be a frog. The frog no longer appears and itโs now impossible to clear the third key as the striped candy cant reach it.
Can you look into it?

The frog is extremely helpful but if you have boosters, you can clear the level anyway. It just shouldn't be done that way though. They said they'd fix it today but... they didn't.
You can reinstall the game IF YOU DON'T HAVE BOOSTERS, otherwise you'll lose them. Alternatively, I can finish it for you, so you can continue your game. Feel free to message me on Discord (Sun#0314). Or you could just wait for them to fix it... someday.

I don't have the frog neither. Impossible to complete that level 6207. No available update. What can I do?
I don't have a frog either. I have turned off my cell phone and still nothing. I believe I have the Update Of candy crush. How can this be fixed
I am on an iPad, updated app, and still no frog. Based on the dates of the comments, it looks like it happened with the late Nov update.

I checked the level and the frog should actually be there. Check that you have the updated App and also turn off your device for a few seconds. Let me know if it works.
Hmm, here is a video from within the last year. Does your board differ from this?

Hi, I finished 23 tickets of the Yetis Draw out of 25 , still have 2 only to reach the big prize. But all tickets disspaeared on the board game and not appearing near the level number anymore. Where did they go ?
Is there a moderator on the forum anymore? This glitch just started today, the new levels that were just added are not syncing across my devices. All are up to date. It's also been saying occasionally about no connection, but closing out the game and restarting seems to take care of that. The real issue is the syncingโฆ
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
