Paid for lives

Just paid 1.99 6 hours of unlimited lives. 20 gold bars and 1 of each of the other items and didn' get any of it but you took my money

I needed gold bars and pushed the 1.99 and it said try again pushed it 5x and didn’t once receive any gold bars but I just received receipt for 5 charges of 1.99 and didn’t receive any gold
