How do you get a level banner on your profile? I see some have 8000 and 9000 ones. I've just completed level 9001 and not got one?

It could have been a temporary glitch! I too have experienced couple of days ago. The reason could be a slow/weak internet connection or a glitch in the server!!
Please try closing the App - turning off your device and turning it back on; OR log-out from the game - turn off your device - and turn it back on after few minutes. It worked for me, and it should work for you too👍️

My banner was removed
I don't know why or how some people can get a current banner. I still have my 10 000 banner and I am in the 13,000. I see others with 11 and 12,000 banners that are on my friends list. I don't think king really cares to update all of us. They also have test groups they claim with different events not everyone has.. it's sad.
How do you get a banner? I’m frustrated as now on level 4000 and still can’t figure out how to get a bsnner
