i have completed level 3050 in candy crush. But level 3051 is not showing on facebook . Where can I play it?

Unable to purchase
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
