I recently got a new phone and when I reconnected to Candy Crush (via Facebook), all of my boosters were gone. I need them restored. I sent a help request and only received an auto-generated email in return that directed me to this site where I had to register to ask you for help with your app.
I've read several posts from other players who have lost progress and/or boosters (paid and unpaid). I have also seen a response that was just awful customer service about free boosters not being "transferable" and proof of purchase needed to restore paid boosters. That is totally unacceptable and I seriously thought that it was a joke or hack until I saw the same response multiple times to various players.
When you don't assist players with software issues and you direct them to this site, you simply encourage them to abandon your games and post on social media about all of the King game issues and lack of customer service.
I'm not sure why you call this site King Care when it is apparent that you don't care at all.
I will be deleting this app and letting others know about these issues if my problem isn't addressed and corrected.
