I have tried to open Candy Crush on my Laptop this morning and there is a message saying there is an error and to retry it has been like this for 3 hours, I have tried uninstalling the app and reloading but it still does not work
First make sure your browser is up to date and that you use a recommended browser, Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox or Opera. You can check this by clicking this link:

Then try with reinstalling the game to get the game back on track:
1) First, we need to remove the game from Facebook here:
https://www.facebook.com/settings?tab=applications
(don't worry, your levels, Boosters, Gold Bars won't get deleted)
2) Clear the cache on your browser:

3) Close the browser.
4) Reinstall the game by clicking here:

If you have a Windows 10 PC, you can also download the game directly to your computer and play via the Windows app instead. You can sync your progress just by connecting the app to Facebook:

Unable to purchase
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
