My browser is updated and HTML 5 capable. Why am I not able to play new levels?

I am now suddenly back at level 2825 and am being told to update my browser to unlock more levels. The link in the 'Find Out More' to test my browser capability shows my browser is updated and HTML 5 capable. I was playing higher levels than 2825 over the last week. Why is it suddenly not working???!!!

PROBLEM STILL RECURRING!!! They told me to clear my cache, try with another browser, uninstall and reinstall - I tried the first two, but the last was too much hassle! It started working again a couple of weeks later, but it's just stopped working again. They need to get their act together!
