Why is this site so stupid, I am getting no feedback and no help on how to fix my app and it is very frustrating. I know it's just a game but dog that's why it shouldn't be so complicated to fix.

Im having th same problem and done all they suggest and yet doesnt work .... think there are loads been spent on this game, for it to take ages to be fixed!
