Used Samsung Smart Switch to transfer games to a new tablet problem is that it started me back at level one I do not want to loose my hard earned progress how can I transfer games and keep my present level?
You will need to connect the game to the Facebook or Kingdom account that was connected to the game to sync your progress to another device. The game gets saved in our system only by playing Facebook or Kingdom connected.
