Candy crush saga...I am on level 365 and there are no new levels. I am behind on my contest because there are no new levels. Please fix

Thanks for getting back to me. This could either be part of a known bug that is occurring with Soda or something else.

not sure how you get technical health but I won the pin event today. It says I won but I got none of the prizes which is supposed to be 120 gold bars and various boosters. How do I get help to fix this? This is a large loss in the game!

Suddenly, yesterday, I started seeing the below pop up in multiple games. The first time, I tapped Claim, but it just kept popping back up over and over and over and you can't exit or back out of it. The game needs to be restarted entirely. I am seeing this in multiple games on Android.
