This is unfortunate. Was there a prompt for you to save your progress? Were you already logged in with a Facebook account? Did you create a new King account or did you log into an existing (another) account?
What level were you at? Feel free to drop me a message on Discord (Sun#0314) if you need help getting back on track, unless you're already at the end of the map.
