I no longer see ads that gives me more moves after a failed attempt. Why?

Just went looking for the answer to this for my wife. This answer makes sense because I can retry every other lvl without gold while my wife has no option and would have to pay. This is extreamly unfair; I have cleared multiply lvls just watching ads while my wife would have to farm gold bars. It's been a few days but she still has no ads option. This game is also 11 years old so the fact that it's still a "test" feature really throws me. Honestly just all around irritating but hey whatever yall do you.

The video ad feature is still a test feature, which means that some of you can get Lives, while others can get Booster or other items from this feature.
This also means that the video ad feature will not always be available and not found in all player's games or on all devices.
So if you at the moment are missing the video ads in your game, just stay tuned and keep an eye in the game to see when it's back.

And don't worry! You can still earned more boosters (gold bars) by in-game features/events (also contests) that you can use the boosters to beat any tricky levels. 😉

I updated the app & now get limited lives that’s saved in your messages. Before you could use all your lives that been sent from friends now it comes up reached your limit come back tomorrow. This is extremely unfair as they lives are yours & loads of times I have lost them because of updates etc
