Refund coins after spending them and getting a technical difficulty

Playing a timed level and bought a coin package $6.99 to use a time booster only to win the level and then get a "something went wrong" as to which I didn't credit for the level and also didn't get the coins back that were used to buy the extra time. What the heck???

I won't be buying any more coins if the game takes them and doesn't replace them when there is a "technical difficulty"!
