Help please … on level 4598 my boosters are not available to choose, they are blank/ invisible, why?

This is intended. Nothing to worry about. Many levels are like that - they introduce something new and are thus generally easier to clear, hence no boosters are required. You can still use your in-level boosters though.
As you can read at the bottom, the outcome of the level - win or lose - will not affect your level win streak. Next levels will work just fine, although sometimes it's 2 in a row with this new no-booster setting.

There are some levels in the game where it is not possible to choose the boosters at the beginning. This could happen because the board is full of blockers and there is no room for other boosters or when a new feature is introduced. Don't worry! In the next level the boosters will return.

No “X” button, no “Next” button, and no ways to get rid of it. Could it be that pressing the buttons too quickly caused this?
Hi, I finished 23 tickets of the Yetis Draw out of 25 , still have 2 only to reach the big prize. But all tickets disspaeared on the board game and not appearing near the level number anymore. Where did they go ?
