Lost access to old Facebook account

Hello! I just bought a new cell phone, but I keep using both the new and the old cell phone because I don't have access to my old Facebook account linked to my progress in Candy Crush, and I love this game to leave it!

Can you help me recover my progress? I still have it on my old cell phone, if that can help anything. I'm in stage 877.
