Unable to access Candy Crush

Good morning! Is anyone else having problems accessing Candy Crush this morning? It will load on my mobile phone but when it tries to give me a gift, it says it can't until i have an internet connection. I do have an internet connection, can go to Google, launch all other sites, etc. On my surface, it keeps spinning for minutes, then loads to a level that i passed two previous ones ago? So not usable on my Surface at all. Play everyday so something is wrong. Thanks!

@mbb4917 I got that gift thing on my Win 11 app? Did not seem to get a gift. Now my browser version will not load today.

I did get 4 hours unlimited lives in the package when i was able to sign in today. Something is going on maybe that's why they gave it to us.🤷

The Royalty site is down and my chocolate box is giving me...server error.

Had the 4 hours of lives but logged into my other profile to check my winter cup standing and went back to use the free hours and it's gone now.😭

Same here. Playing on my mobile phone. It keeps saying it's not connected to the internet. I've turned the phone on and off, turned wifi on and off, turned airplane mode on and off, closed and reopened candy crush. Nothing is working.

Same problem is with me in my mobile it shows same thing there is no internet connection. If you reinstall all your boosters will go away
