I can’t get pass 3898 level for over 2 weeks and I’ve tried everything to pass it .. Help

Level 3898. . For this level try to play from top part of the board and make special candy. Combine them with each other or try to play from bottom to shuffle the candies to get more chance to make wrapped candy. Use wrapped candy to complete the orders and break the jellies. Please check this video

There are several options, so if it font work for your situation try an other option for the level.
