Candy Crush- Extra moves and Flying saucer at end of round

Question

Why is it that other people get to have the option to watch videos or view commercials at the end of a round and before a round starts for extra perks but I do not? How is that fair that some people get it and others don’t. Everybody should be given the same option for those extra moves and perks. My wife gets to have that option all the time but I don’t. What gives?

Thank you for the feedback . The video ad feature as all ads and promotional features is still a test feature in the game, which means that some of you can get Lives, while others can get Boosters or other items from this feature.

This also means that the video ads will not always be available and not found in all player's games or on all devices.

So if you at the moment are missing the ads in your game, just stay tuned and keep an eye in the game to see when the ads are back.

Yes to both of your questions above. I have even logged out and then back in through Facebook and through Apple but I get nothing. It frustrating. I have been stuck on the same level for days. I’m going to delete the app. Its not fun nor is It worth my time anymore. What’s more frustrating is that I have paid for perks from time to time to beat levels, my wife has not paid for anything for several years and she gets the extra perks. Bye bye CC.
