Hello there,
I'm from The Netherlands. During Christmas Candy Crush stopped with giving boosters, there are no ads in the game. So the cinema is still waiting for the next game, there is no airballoon. The levels are not longer playable , because of this problem.
Many Dutch people have the same problems, what is happening with this great game?
I'm almost at level 6000 and a medium good player, but for now already stuck for weeks.
The game is up2date, there is no update waiting.
I'm hoping for a helping answer, Marco

Hallo landgenoot, and welcome to the Community 👋
I did not experiance any troubles. There were some problems however. Most problems are solved by clearing cach/cookies. Or even by delete and instal the app (beware, your booster can be lost).
Are you still experiancing problems? For level 6000 please go to "support" and then "leveltips". Almost ALL levels have video's to show how to pass a level.

I have the same problem. I am not receiving any booster and no ads at end of levels. I play from Italy

Same problem for me! Since Yesterday I can't going on with the new level...and also the race has disappeared

Same problem for me no adverts keeps asking me to use gold bars when I have none.
