This level is absolutely crazy to be done in 21 moves. Originally it had 36 moves even with which the player has crushed using all the moves. So why was it brought down to 21 moves. check this on your own and modify.

I have been on level 12964 for 3 days. Why did King reduced the moves from 33 to 21?
Totally unacceptable! In the last month or two, I have had levels that took me 3, 4 and even 10 days to pass. You are taking away the enjoyment of playing this game. My friends whom are also playing this game, have the same complaints. That you reduce the moves a little is OK but when you do that and also increase the layers on the jellies is not fair play.
Please make the correction to this level

Je n'ai plus le plaisir de jouer à Candy crush. A peine un niveau difficile passé après 2 semaines de tentatives, rebelote avec ce niveau. Pourquoi réduire le nombre de déplacement sur ce niveau ? Est ce que vous l'avez essayé au moin. C'est impossible en 21 coups.
Same here, 12964 is impossible without buying a couple of rounds of extra 35moves and or tons of boosters. Very disappointing.
12964 in 21 moves cannot be done. Iβve even used an extra 35 lives and still nowhere near finishing.

Completely agree, a ridiculous level which has been changed by the developer's to make it impossible. Sort it out please.

As I said with an earlier level that was impossible, there will be another one not possible to finish. Level 12964 is that one. So it proves me right: it's all about the money. They want you to spend a lot of money, and when it's time to quit, the level suddenly changes and you will finish it easily. So you go on and in about 20 levels further the same problem will occur. The makers do it on purpose, like they don't make enough money from this game. It's ridiculous and shameful. Having the guts to say it's a game to relax. It's not anymore, it should be fun! Difficult, okay. Butt this is impossible. So don't fix this game, fix your game. I say it again, I will never ever spend a dime and never did. You should be ashamed of yourselves.See you in my posts in about another dozen levels.
Another board 12964 where the moves won't get you 33% through the requirements, so buying 35 extra moves after countless tries will still not work. What are these developers doing?? That boards are just stupid and not even fun trying

I would suggest you give your feedback there, the level designers are keeping an eye on it and I hope they will take your feedback.
Each time I start aΒ new Episode Race, it immediately shows that someone hasΒ already finished the race, which isΒ impossible. And yes, itβsΒ the same players EVERY SINGLE TIME. Iβve playedΒ nearly fourty rounds, and the same person winsΒ instantlyΒ as soon as the race begins. This isΒ completely unfair. I canβt compete normally,β¦
1st, look how TERRIBLY MISERABLE my map is. My gold of 1500 within like few weeks, just thrown away uselessly cuz of "every single" SUDDENLY APPEARING EXTREME TERRIBLY HARD levels as "real real" HELL, literary deleating 10 ~ 600 gold in 1 GAME, & now hearts too πππππ. So as U can see my 1500 of gold dropped to 1 within FEWβ¦

I have been trying to passando level 10611 for two days, but there is no yellow candy. I can see other players are having the same problem
