Level 5557 Seems Impossible

I am so frustrated - I've been stuck on 5557 for weeks. I'm even considering quitting - why do the developers make levels that are absolutely impossible to pass without boosters? This takes the fun out of the game and certainly doesn't make it very relaxing.
