No bonuses, no option to continue playing etc. It's a mess!
Since about 2 weeks it's a mess! No video's to get bonuses, no option to continue playing after watching a video. I've read that many people have the same problem. Also a lot of my friends. I've also read, and please don't give that as an answer, that video's are beta.
They've been around for a long time, so that's nonsense.
I've spend everything I had collected in this game and it's impossible to play it now.
Me and my friends are quitting. Instead of a relaxed game, it's just annoying now.
P.s. reinstall and such does not work either, on any platform. It's been weeks, how can you not been able to fix this after so many complaints already (and the default answer that video's are beta blah blah bullshit).

Sorry for the inconveniece and thank you for the feedback . The video ad feature as all ads and promotional features is still a test feature in the game, which means that some of you can get Lives, while others can get Boosters or other items from this feature.
This also means that the video ads will not always be available and not found in all player's games or on all devices.
So if you at the moment are missing the ads in your game, just stay tuned and keep an eye in the game to see when the ads are back.

Today, after weeks, I got 1, yes 1 advertisement video. After that, back to nothing.
Also the air balloon is gone for weeks now.
And, on top of that... I have about 800 lives to use and this game limits me to 20 per day?
WTF is going on? Do you want us all to quit playing? You're not taking the complaints seriously, that's obvious by now.
Time for me to find a new game that's actually fun and relaxing to play. I'll look at Candy Crush again next year.
