Still waiting to see what happened to my 43 gold bars.

When I started playing Candy Crush Saga yesterday I had 43 gold bars; then during play of my second round I was directed to the "purchase" shop. Clicked back into the game and found my gold bars missing. Please replace them. I have seen numerous people having the same issue. These cost money!

Hi Karen. Thank you for writing to King Care! Normally, we don't answer purchase questions here in the community, as they require sensitive information from you to allow the King Care staff to look into the issue, but since this seems like an ongoing issue that a lot of people are having, I brought this up to the King moderators directly so they can see if it is something that they need to address immediately or not. Account in diferent levels in Cellphone and Facebook site
hello I'm having an issue about levels. Playing in Cellphone I'm almost on level 10.000, but when I open my Facebook account on notebook it shows level 110. What can I do for merge then? Gratefully, Iara Chacon 😀

On this level, there is a bear in the middle of the page and he cannot be moved. There is nothing blocking his way, but he doesn’t slide up and off so that you can reach the next page. Booster Wheel Odds
In years of playing this game, I've only ever won the Booster Wheel Star prize once. Is that normal? Even when it seems the wheel will stop on the star it always manages to move past it or stop just before it. Anyone else?
